Abstract

On the past September 30th, the mandate of 2009-2014 FCM management, chaired by Luiz Roberto d'Avila, has ended. Upon the completion of his mission, the board has indicated as one of his major achievements the support to the Journal of Bioethics, which, certainly, directly influenced on the growing recognition of the journal in academic and professional spheres, as well as its quality by inclusion of it in various databases.
